Hi. I'm Lori Waldner! I'm a South Dakota native, and I own and manage Q-set from my home in Madison. I am married with three children, and I love working for Q-set and being able to stay home with my kids.

I manage all of the day-to-day activities involved with Q-Set. I maintain constant contact with both the client and our transcriptionists to make sure our clients get exactly what they want, when they want it.

I edit all transcripts myself and, I don't mind telling you, I am a perfectionist! Then I make sure the transcripts get back to the client via Internet e-mail, disc, or hard copy.

I attended Stenotype Institute in Sioux Falls, SD and received degrees in court reporting and executive, legal, and medical administrative areas. In the past I was the court reporter and legal secretary for the Public Utilities Commission in Pierre, the State Capitol of South Dakota.
